How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking code that allows you to track your order anytime on our dedicated tracking page. If you don’t receive your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be inspected and shipped within 24–72 hours of receiving payment. Once shipped, you can expect it to arrive at your doorstep within 3–9 business days.

What is your return policy?

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, but because we ship with third-party carriers, once it’s with the courier, it is out of our hands.

So we just need to wait. However, we rarely experience any significant delays. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, has been returned to the sender, or is missing, please send an email. To help us provide the fastest possible response, please include your order number and the name you used to place the order.
