The Artuvate Monthly Apple Watch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by M International Limited d/b/a Artuvate, Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong (Company No. 3333178) ("Sponsor"), which owns and operates artuvate.co. Apple Inc. does not sponsor, endorse or administer this Giveaway and is not involved in it in any way.
Legal residents of the United States (except Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Sponsor's employees, contractors and agencies working on the Giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members, cannot enter.
The Giveaway runs in monthly periods (each a "Period"). The first Period begins on the day the Giveaway first appears on artuvate.co and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026. After that, each Period runs from 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of a calendar month to 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on its last day. Each Period is a separate Giveaway with its own drawing, and entries do not carry over to the next Period. The Giveaway runs for at most 12 Periods, and Sponsor may end it after any Period. Sponsor's clock is the official clock for the Giveaway.
There are two ways to enter, and both count the same. Each person can have one entry per Period, whichever way they enter. If one person, email address or household enters more than once in a Period, only the first entry counts.
Entries made by bots, scripts or other automated means are void, as are incomplete, false or late entries. Proof that you sent an entry is not proof that Sponsor received it.
Within the first week after each Period ends, Sponsor draws one winner at random from all eligible entries received in that Period. Your odds depend on how many eligible entries are received in that Period.
Sponsor contacts the potential winner by email at the address used to enter. The potential winner has 5 days from that email to reply and may be asked to confirm eligibility and to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability release. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't reply in time, isn't eligible or turns down the prize, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, up to 2 alternate drawings per Period. The prize ships about 6 to 8 weeks after the winner is confirmed, to a US address.
One prize per Period: one Apple Watch SE 3 (GPS, 40 mm), or a smartwatch of equal or higher value if that model isn't available. Approximate retail value: $249. One prize per person and household per Period. The prize can't be transferred, swapped for another item or paid out in cash, except where Sponsor decides otherwise or the law requires it. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Apple and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc.
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside Sponsor's control affects the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, pause or change it, and may draw the winner from the eligible entries received before the problem.
To the extent the law allows, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, employees and contractors from any claims arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from receiving or using the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for computer, network or other technical failures.
Free entries are collected through a form on artuvate.co and stored in Sponsor's store. Information you give to enter is used to run the Giveaway and is handled as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at artuvate.co/policies/privacy-policy.
These rules are governed by applicable United States federal and state law. To the extent the law allows, any dispute about the Giveaway is resolved individually, never as part of a class action.
For the name of a Period's winner, email info@artuvate.co within 90 days after that Period ends, or write to Sponsor at the address in section 1.
